Refund policy

At Bark Avenue, we are committed to providing high-quality pet products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., grooming products, opened bedding)
  • Customized or personalized products

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@shop-vault.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank
